Marnie is a nonprofit and political consultant who lives in Portland, Oregon. She is a member of the Oregon Bar Association, American Immigration Law Association, and Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.

From 2015-2019, Marnie served as an elected official on the Dixie School Board. She is a graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School and Georgetown University.
